Taste of the Valley/Murrieta Jazz Fest is coming! We need parents to volunteer to help organize the event. This is a district-wide extravaganza benefiting all 4 middle school music programs, plus all three high schools! Food from local restaurants and caterers, jazz music featuring Shivela jazz band, Mesa Jazz Band, and our own VMHS Jazz Bands... along with several professional artists. Many hands will make this happen. Please look at the list below, and email me the committee you'd like to volunteer to help with...
Publicity - Radio, newspaper, website, Chambers, and more
Restaurants - Recruit restaurants, bakeries, and caterers to join us
Wineries - Recruit local wineries and breweries to join us
Logistics - Organize the overall setup of the event... tents, tables, trash, etc.
Sponsors - We have a menu of benefits we can offer local businesses in exchange for their sponsorship
Art & Craft Fair - Recruit local artists and crafters
Ticket Sales - Set up website sales, retailer sales, etc. (no actual ticket selling involved)
